Why Make Clocks

Bio
Des Moines natives Why Make Clocks have gone through many lineup changes since 1998 when the band originated, but it's always been the artistic vehicle for singer, songwriter and guitarist Dan Hutchison. Joining up with drummer Will Tarbox in 2007 the two started rehearsing and making plans for their next full length release. After several sessions with engineer Luke Tweedy at Flat Black Studios in Iowa City, IA, they had finished their third full length These Things Are Ours. Bassist Chuck Hoffman was added to round out the mix and give the trio a completed sound.
